About me

Hello! My name is Joe, and I am a physical therapist based in Boulder.

I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2016 and have been practicing PT for the past 9 years. As a former DI baseball player turned runner, I am passionate about treating sports injuries, endurance athletes, and anyone trying to stay active and injury free. As a PT, my job is to both address and treat my patients’ immediate concerns and to get to the root of any structural, strength, or mechanical issues that could be limiting progress in sport or day-to-day tasks. My goal with each patient is to give them knowledge about their specific injury, and then empower them with a road map for treatment and prevention that keeps them out of my office and back doing the activities they love.

In additional to traditional PT sessions, I offer tailored strength training and strength plans for all levels of experience. Whether you’re looking for a professional review of your current strength routine, or you can’t remember the last time you picked up a dumbbell, I’m here to help!

In my free time, I enjoy running, cooking, woodworking, and hiking with my wife and dog.
