All PT appointments are one on one sessions and last 45-55 minutes.

My office is located in the CheetahFit Personal training gym. All PT appointments at the office are $85.

Busy schedule? I can come to you! In home PT visits are $100. I can bring my table, needles and PT supplies to treat you at your own house. Please reach out via email if you would like to schedule an in-home session (jposler1@gmail.com)
